AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO YOU FROM CARROLL ACCOUNTING SERVICES.

As Victoria heads in to these unprecedented times and the global COVID-19 coronavirus continues to challenge our day to day lives, the team at Carroll Accounting Services are supporting our Premier’s call for any business that can work from home to do so. Carroll Accounting Services will remain open for business, however from close of business yesterday we are working remotely from our homes. The team will all be contactable via our personal carrollaccounting.com.au email addresses.  Alternatively you can email admin@carrollaccounting.com.au and your query will be forwarded to your client manager. The office phone will be diverted to an office mobile so please still call 5986 2189 with any queries. I will be answering those calls and passing your query & contact details on to your client manager. Please note - when you receive a call back from our team member the call will be coming from an ‘unknown number’ as we are protecting our teams privacy. We are still taking appointments for clients wishing to set a phone appointment with anyone of the team. Please contact our office on 5986 2189 to arrange a suitable time. GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE PACKAGES We are currently reviewing the information available in relation to the various government assistance packages announced over the weekend and will be getting information to our clients as soon as possible.  But as a lot of our circumstances are different please do not hesitate to call or email to discuss your situation.

If you have an urgent question please call or email your detailed query to us. BUSINESS CLIENTS Clients for whom we undertake regular obligations such as monthly or quarterly activity statements, payroll and bookkeeping tasks, you will still be dealing with your usual client manager. Please contact them via email to discuss the upcoming March quarterly activity statement.  In these uncertain times we ask you to continue to support your local businesses as best you can. Most businesses are facing enormous challenges and are looking at ways to keep operating in some way under the new requirements.

Please take care yourselves and your families.  As we settle in to our new remote office we would love to hear from you and hear how you are keeping.
